At Noosonic, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing transformative programs and high-quality products. Please review our return policy below for digital programs, physical products, and app store purchases.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the high volume of orders and our rapid fulfillment process, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after an order has been placed. If you believe you ordered in error, we do offer a 30-day return window. Please wait until your order arrives, then contact our support team for return instructions.
Digital Products (Programs and App Purchases)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Noosonic programs and app subscriptions are final. However, we understand that circumstances vary, and we are happy to review exceptions for refunds within the first 10 days of purchase.

Include your order details and a brief explanation of why the program isn’t right for you.
Note: Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be requested directly through those platforms. Noosonic is unable to process refunds for transactions made through third-party app stores. Please refer to the store’s refund policy for more details:

Physical Products (The Noosonic System)
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
Conditions for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
Non-Refundable Items:

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Steps to Initiate a Return:

Email support@noosonic.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement.
